Yourjigsaw puzzles come in three sizes:

The 40 x 28cm puzzles are the ideal format because most digital images will enlarge successfully to A3 without losing definition, and the puzzles can be completed on a large tray, making them easily manageable.

The 315 piece puzzle is a good challenge needing several hours to complete – an ideal pastime for a leisurely weekend without losing the element of surprise.

The 130 piece is also 40 x 28cm but can be completed more quickly, ideal for children or for adults where a quicker solution is required – for example, surprise holiday destinations, treasure hunt clues and we’ve also made a few marriage proposal puzzles!

The smaller 35 piece puzzle is perfect for small children, or can be the ideal size for adults where an instant ‘surprise’ is required, such as Valentines, birthday greetings.

The 315 and 130 piece puzzles will be delivered to you in a sealed polybag in a smart black gift box (175 x 125 x 37mm) and the 35 piece puzzle is packed in a durable see-through plastic wallet. Because most of our puzzles are given as surprise gifts, we don't normally include a copy of the picture on the box lid. However if you would like us to do this, just let us know on the order form - there will be a small additional charge of £1.50.

Digital camera photos
Digital camera photos are ideal for jigsaws if they're taken at a high resolution. Lower resolution photos can look pixellated (blocky) when enlarged, although we will do our best to optimize your image. Photos which have been emailed to you may have been made smaller for emailing so it's always best to send us the original image at full size. You can upload your photo when you place your order or if it’s larger than 3MB please put it on a CD and post it.

Black and white photos
Black and white photos make challenging puzzles and are an unusual way to commemorate a special birthday or anniversary. If you have old, damaged photos we may be able to retouch them for a small fee depending on the work involved - contact us for details.

Collages
Collages are really fun to do, especially if they convey a surprise message! When preparing your collage, make it in proportion to the puzzle size of 40 x 28cm, and keep important detail like text away from the edge, as we have to cut the puzzle a couple of mm inside the image. A collection of family snaps makes an ideal souvenir gift for a special occasion and we can make up your collage for a small editing fee if you wish.

Personalised message
We can overprint a personalised message on your photo puzzle if you wish. When you order your puzzle just tell us the text you'd like us to use - for instance, 'Happy Birthday, Mum' or 'Emma and Nick's wedding, May 2007'. There's no charge for this service.

Delivery
Delivery is normally within a few days of receiving your order but please allow two weeks in case of staff holidays, Christmas rush etc. However, if you tell us it's urgent, we'll do our best! Our delivery charge is £2.95 per order within the UK mainland. If you wish to order from outside the UK, please contact us first.

Payment
You can pay online by credit or debit card using Paypal, a secure transaction service.
If you prefer you can pay by cheque. Fill in the online order form and upload your photo, then post your cheque with a printout of the order form to:
