Delivery
We will normally despatch your puzzle within a few days of receipt of your order, but please allow 14 days to allow for staff holidays and the busy Christmas period.  If you tell us that your order is urgent we will do our best to help.

Our puzzles are sent by First Class Post in suitable strong packaging.

Prints
Please send your photographs in appropriate strong packaging to prevent creasing.
We will return your prints with the puzzle or in a separate envelope if too large to send with the puzzle.
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage in transit.
CDs will not be returned unless you request this.

Copyright
We cannot make puzzles from photos or artwork without the permission of the owner of the copyright.
 We will assume that when you send an image that you have the owner’s permission to use it.
