Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are the puzzles made from?
A: We use top-quality Daler Rowney Artboard (1400 microns) for all the card puzzles and flexible magnetic material (300 microns) for the fridge magnet puzzles. We don’t make wooden puzzles.
Q: Overprinted message – does that go on the puzzle or the box lid photo?
A: It normally goes on both, but if you’d like it on just the box, or vice versa, you can select the appropriate option when you order.
Q: I’ve just placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email.
A: We use an automated email response to confirm your order so please check your Spam folder in the first instance. If there is no confirmation there, please contact us directly at email@example.com
Q: Can you make puzzles in any other sizes?
A: We only make our standard personalised puzzles in the sizes listed, but for large orders (typically 100 puzzles or more) we may be able to have a bespoke cutter made – please contact us for a quotation.
Q: What size photo should I send?
A: A photo taken on a modern digital camera or phone will be fine as long as the camera is set to a high resolution. Photos which have been emailed to you or posted on Facebook may have been made smaller for emailing and do not then give a good result.
Q: If I don’t have a PayPal account, how can I pay for my puzzle?
A: You can pay directly by BACS transfer. If you prefer to use a debit or credit card you can do so via PayPal without having to have an account.
Q: When I paid with PayPal it said the puzzle will be sent to my home/billing address – not what I wanted!
A: Don’t worry, we’ll send the puzzle to the delivery address you gave us when you uploaded your photo and that will be in our confirmation email.
Q: When will my puzzle arrive?
A: We aim to dispatch puzzles within 2-3 working days of receipt of order. We use Royal Mail First Class but if your order is really urgent please call us on 01548 581147 and we may be able to send it by Special Delivery for an extra charge. Please allow a little longer at Christmas as we, and the postman, will be very busy!
Q: What is the actual size of the jigsaw puzzle pieces?
A: Please click here to download a scaled image of the different piece sizes.
